playing-boys We teach environmental science to create awareness and empathy towards biotic and abiotic components of our environment and how they are related to each other. Environmental science lessons can be made interesting and fun-filled through the use of games, activities, projects, and other innovative methods.

Adopt a tree: We can ask students to adopt a tree in their neighborhood or in the school and name the tree. This activity will help them become sensitive towards biotic resources of the environment. In this activity, students are required to name the tree, talk to the tree, and maintain a diary consisting of photographs, etc.
