		<description>A DREAM COME TRUE ACT, after decades of struggle. Now is the time of every citizen to do his/her contribution to make this right reach the children. Though, there are many debates on this ACT by different people, institutions and organisations... One must look at it from a positive mind and use the positive aspects of this act to benefit the children. GOVERNMENT role is the key stake to fulfil the key areas of this act and ensure that this ACT does not reamin as ACT but demonstrate it in ACTION.</description>

		<description>RTE act will definitely bring much needed improvement in certain areas but  care should be taken that it doesn’t jeopardize the continuation of alternative schools who have been instrumental in meeting the larger goal of government education systems.</description>
