		<description>the freedom to experiment in classes has been replaced by mechanical instructional objectives in class. The teachers life is at the mercy of school mgmt. any attempt to question curriculum design or implementation is dealt with an iron hand.Today  except  gov run schools, one does not get his due salary  in order to survive .More than 90% schools in india are privately owned  where majority of  administrators and politicians send their children with negligible concern for  the teachers teaching them. .</description>
